Firestone is right near my house, so getting my car in was super easy. I didn’t have to drive all the way across town, and you really appreciate that when you’re just trying to get things taken care of quickly

I used a promo code for tires and it went through at checkout without any trouble. The coupon details could’ve been a little clearer, though, I had to kind of figure out what it actually covered

It felt like they barely check anything. I was expecting a proper inspection, but obvious stuff was still getting missed, and now I’m dealing with it after the fact. Frustrating.

I booked my tires online and the shop was able to install them the same day, which was great. The wait ended up being a little longer than what they told me, but the work turned out fine. I just wish the instructions or next steps were a bit clearer going in so I knew what to expect.

The staff wasn’t rude or anything, they just seemed rushed and didn’t really explain much, at least from what I could tell. My car did get finished eventually, but the whole process felt a bit unorganized. Maybe it was just a busy day, but I’m not sure I’d call it great service.

The floors were clean enough, I guess, but they still looked a little dirty to me. I’m particular about cleanliness, so it didn’t quite meet my personal standard.

I got my brakes done at Firestone and overall it was okay. The staff was friendly enough, and the brakes definitely feel better now, so no complaints there. The annoying part was the wait. They gave me one idea of how long it would take, then it kept turning into a little longer, then a little longer again, like the goalposts kept moving. The price also felt a bit higher than I expected. Not a terrible experience, but not one I’d be in a rush to repeat either.

They did good work overall, and I was happy with the service. Uh, the only thing was that the upsells felt a bit pushy at times.

There was a billing issue at first and I was stressing like it was the end of the world. It took a little bit for the refund to show up, but it did get sorted in the end. Huge relief once everything was fixed.
